How The Planned Giving Wealth Screening For Small-Medium Charities Service Works


The wealth screening analysis is composed of two phases: a wealth screening analysis and prospect profiling. The two work together so that you can not only identify new planned gift prospects in your database, but can get the insights on those prospects to confidently reach out and effectively cultivate and solicit them to secure planned gift pledges from them. 


The first phase starts with taking the name and home address of all your donors in the database and sending the data to a wealth screening service for analysis. The donor names are then matched against a massive amount of information they have on these donors and send us back the dataset for further analysis. We then add additional data points, taken from your donor database, to enhance the analysis. The dataset will be analyzed and the analysis will reveal those who have the highest capacity, keenest interest in healthcare, and have a strong affinity to your organization.  


The second phase involves taking this list of donors and choosing the top 5 - 10 legacy giving prospects to investigate further using prospect profiling. We uncover their biographical, occupational, weatlh & assets, charitable giving, and linkages and community connections so that you can confidently reach out to the prospects and begin the cultivation journey with them.
